Corrupted FIT file

Any chance someone can help me too? Here is my fit file that I can't upload to Garmin or Strava. I think I got a KOM and don't want to loose it. :(

a simplistic way to do is upload your fit file here .... FIT to TCX converter, powered by Runalyze

upload one of your fit files or both

post the url(s) here in the forum

or post a screenshot from the first page here in the forum

Hello, could someone please look at this .fit file and tell me if it's corrupted? The activity is there on my Forerunner 35, but when I sync it, the activity does not turn up in Garmin Connect. The strange thing is that, yesterday, the .fit file wasn't on my device, even though I could see the information on my device. Today, the .fit file is there, but it still won't transfer to Garmin Connect. Here is the file:

I didn't know it was possible to upload data manually, so thank you for that tip. Normally I just sync using Garmin Express, then go to Garmin Connect to look at the activities. But the behaviour is still very odd: I uploaded the activity manually and got a message that the file had already been uploaded. When I clicked on "View Details", the activity was yesterday's run, but it still doesn't show up in the list of Activities, or if I search for it. So it seems as if the file has been uploaded, but is somehow hidden???

Thanks also for your previous message, OnlyTwo. I think it's disappeared from the Forum, but it was also helpful, as I didn't realise (or notice) that the device keeps hold of more .fit files than it displays. My device only shows me the last seven activities, so I had assumed that this is the number that it stores.
