Forerunner 35 propably software problem

Hi, I have problem with my FR35. After switching on the watch does not start correctly. This screen is displayed:

I can turn on the backlight, turn off the watch but nothing else. It is not detected when connected to a computer.
Has anyone had a similar problem and could advise me what to do? ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1471142.jpg

Mamy thanks for the answers but nothing changed. Menu button looks and sound like the other. So I think it's good. I have one more thing. When the watch is turning on and pressing right up button wibrations is turning on and keep going until pressing button again.

I will be grateful for other ideas and suggestions

At one's attempt to turn on the watch went out of the service menu. I guess the problem is the screen that showing the corrupted text with missing pixels. This is probably not a software problem but hardware, is it? When I succesfull on, it was possible to connect to the computer and everything worked except the screen, which was only partially visible. The next turning on was already back to the service menu. It's probably difficult (impossible) to repair yourself, right?

were you able to find a fix for it? mine is doing the same thing but without the pixel issues. if I press the return button it will take me to an additional 3 screens also, one of which just scrolls through a bunch of weird visual screens.
