No heart rate or sleep monitor Data in Connect app Forerunner 35

Hi,


My Forerunner works fine. Notifications work fine, and the watch shows my steps and heartrate without any issues.
But when i tried to have a look in the app to analyse my sleep and heartrate there were no graphs or data (No Data Available).
The synchronisation finishes without an error or any message)
I tried several synchronisations (via App and watch separately), reconnected the watch several times via Connect app and Bluetooth menu. I Tried the Express Programm to make sure that the watch is on the last firmware 3.3. I tried to log off from the app and to set the watch as a new one.
I reinstalled the connect app and erased the cache several times.
As last option i even reseted the watch to factory reset.

Nothing helped. I'm not able to get the data shown in the app.
I tried another phone (OnePlus 3 where everything went fine in December2017).
