PacePro and custom distance

Question

When creating a pacepro strategy for a custom distance in Garmin Connect, the app returns to the select a distance screen and doesn't let me go any further. 
 Has anyone else experienced this issue, my wife is also having the same problem. 
 Using a predefined distance works okay. 
 Using the web allows me to create the custom strategy and sync with Connect, but I cant open it in Connect.

We'd be glad to help with this! What distance and pace are you inputting when creating your PacePro plan? There are certain pace and distance limitations when using PacePro, so I'd like to confirm that your selected values fall within the accepted range. Plans are compatible with a pace goal of 4-20 minutes per mile and max activity distance of 150 miles, or 2:28-12:25 minutes per kilometer and max activity distance of 241 kilometers.
