How do I send a workout to a friend?

I have the C25k programme in my garmin 235 as 20 seperate workouts. I wish to send these to my fellow run leader so that he doesn't have to type them in himself. How do I do this?

Assuming your friend is on Garmin Connect, with this Chrome extension you can "Share workouts between users in Garmin Connect."
