Forerunner 235 24 hour format

First digit of my 24 hour time format is not getting displayed. If I change the setting from 12 to 24 hours the first digit stays for a moment then vanishes. Please suggest some solution.

To be clear, there's like 18 different places you can set 12 vs 24 hr mode... off the top of my head i think you can set it in the Garmin Connect online website, Garmin Connect phone app, Garmin Express desktop app, and the Garmin watch itself.... and none of those 4 places synchronize to each other to keep it all consistent. Whichever one happens to have been opened/used to synch last wins the battle.
