Texts and phone calls

I have had no issues connecting my forerunner 45 and iPhone, however I cannot get my text messages and phone calls to display on my watch. Please help, I’ve tried reconnecting and turning off everything from settings in my phone: notifications, messages, Bluetooth; settings on the watch, and settings in the app.

Thank you so much!!! I was just missing the settings, then notifications, then messages, and selecting show previews always
