Show Apple calendar notifications?

Thanks but this does not really solve my problem. I only want to get calendar notifications, nothing else. In the notification Settings on the watch, I can only choose receive incoming calls and text messages, which I both do not want. I just need the calendar notifications on my watch to show. Thanks.

You will need to follow the link above that seilogramp posted. You will have to go under notifications and deselect each app that has notifications coming to your watch. Leaving only the calendar notifications enabled on persistent. 

Thanks but in my iPhone notifications I cannot make any particular distinction between what notification continues to stay on my phone and what i can select for my watch only. 

if I turn something off, it will then be turned off for both, the watch and phone which is bad because I do need some separate notifications for my phone as well.
