Outlook Calendar - Sync Back to Garmin

Hi,

I've looked for the answer but to no avail.

Is there a way that when you add an entry into your Outlook 365 calendar, that this will sync back to your Garmin one in Connect and then your device? It sounds petty, but when you get email confirmation of a race you've booked and it adds to your Outlook, you then have to manually add it to your Garmin Connect calendar. Whatever I enter in Garmin syncs to Outlook fine, but not the other way around.
