Steps resetting/lost for the day after charging on laptop.

For some reason I do not lose the steps accumulated for the days before the charge, but the very day I charge my Forerunner 235 I lose that day completely of my step totals. My activity stats are submitted fine. Its just the steps that have completely reset after removing it from the charge cable.

Very annoying. I already have had to replace one 235 because I was having battery issues with the it and now this second one is giving my a completely different problem.

EDIT: Just synced the watch today and I lost all my steps again. So I went from having 19000 steps to 0 on garmin connect. I have had this watch for 14 days and even the first one I had to replace did not act up so quickly.

I have the same issue, and was looking for a solution. Apparently no one knows??

I am having the same problem, but it is newish. I've had my watch well over a year and this just happened the last two times I charged it. Would like a solution.

I am having the same problem after syncing with the app, or charging on my laptop. I have the Venu, and it is only 3 or so months old. Would love to hear if there is a fix.
