Apps menu missing

I'm trying to install my first app via Garmin Express on my PC, the app is appearing in the list of Apps installed on my watch, but I don't see the Apps menu on the watch so can't start the app. I tried a few apps and it didn't make a difference, also tried a watch face and this was installed and set as the watch face but still no Apps menu. I've done a soft and hard reset and installed the latest Garmin Express on the PC. I don't have a compatible mobile device so can't try that way.

Any ideas?

Press start, select activities (arrow up), apps. Select apps. Then press start again and select the app.

Did you install watch-apps or data fields? (data fields don't show up in the IQ apps menu on the watch)

Same problem - the IQ Apps menu vanished from list on watch - when scrolling up its now just run, other, bike, run indoor wheat as Apps used to be between run & other. Tried the usual restore defaults; remove/add on Garmin app, reboot watch and app, uninstalled apps, etc. can't figure it out. Appreciate ANy advice. Thanks.

Having same issue on FR 235- the Apps menu vanished from the Activities choices; now just run, other , bike , run indoor. I've tried all usual fixes like restoring defaults, removing watch from App, uninstalling apps, etc but no luck restoring the Apps menu (it's on my other 235) frustrating. AppreciTe any advice on how to resolve. Thanks.

I just had this and found out a solution: for some reason all apps were removed from the watch, which is probably the reason why the menu does not show up. I do not know how this could have happened.
