Why is Garmin blocking feedback about music stuttering on the new Forerunner 170 Music

5661915 It looks like Support previously reached out requesting additional information to help investigate further and also discussed potential resolution options in mid-June, but didn't receive a response. As we haven't been able to reproduce the behavior consistently and headphone compatibility can vary between models and environments, we're unable to guarantee performance with every Bluetooth headphone setup.

If you'd still like assistance with this concern, I'd recommend replying to your existing Support correspondence or contacting Garmin Support again so the team can review the case and discuss the available options with you.

Should you continue to experience stuttering, please provide more details on your experience, including what model of headphones/ear buds are being used and software version on your Forerunner. That will help us look into this further.
