When I shift to the largest 2 cogs, the chain rubs on the trainer, the 43T even more than the 50T. I added the 2.7mm spacer in the NDS since I have disc brakes and I also added the cassette spacer ring to try to make some horizontal room for the chain. Did not do anything and I’d need to tune my derailleur so that the chain doesn’t rub on the cogs too. What are my options to solve this issue?

Forum Post: RE: Tacx Neo 2T cadence spikes and resistance changes

I see a similar pattern (cadence down on standing up, then higher power needed to get the resistance down on erg mode) when I stand up for a couple of seconds while riding. And just want to say that i have this problem too, may it helps if there are more uf us. I have it in zwift but also in the Tacx App, and it gets worse at higher wattage. Still was in contact with garmin support - giving them many many examples - but without positiv result at the end. They more gave me the feeling it is my fault. For me 2.6.0 works better than 2.7.0. I still have sudden resistance changes with 2.6.0, but with 2.7.0 it is almost unuseable. Hope there is a solution soon

Forum Post: RE: Cadence fix in the works?

after massive problems with the 2.7.0 firmware i've gone back to 2.6.0 (with a link from the garmin support) and it works better now but still with problems here and there, not perfect. I appear to have a Ghost profile. Whilst riding along the app seems to get confused and starts behaving erratically. For example App will show me cycling downhill +9% but the speed will be 5mph with the fly wheel spinning and the Alpine rising to simulate an uphill climb. If I turn the app off, the 3M and Alpine is still riding a course I have checked to ensure that the Firmware for both the 3M and Alpine is at the latest version (Which it is) and originally I suspected that the issue related to saved rides not syncing with the app. However with the HDD where the saved drives are located has been removed, however the issue is still occurring. To date this has happened on the following rides: Stage 2 Fausto Stage 1 Finestre Stage 1 Monastery Tour Stage 2 Monastery Tour Team SD Worx Protime - Port Sorrell Languedoc Vineyards - Raid Pyrenees - Stage 23 Is anyone else having the same issues. I could understand if these issues were happening on a 3rd party app, however I don't expect this to happen on Tacx own products. Note: I have also tried to use the Tacx Smart Network Adapter, but apparently this is not compatible with the Alpine. Has anyone else experienced this issues? Please advise.
