Hello to everyone. Im 38 years old,ex pro basketball player (till my 33 years), 1.90 - 86 kilos and im new to vortex and home trainers. I dont practice regularly lately but i have 20 years at an interment sport like basketball. Is it possible to have Ftp of 135 watt or my trainer is wrong?? I think that this is too low since im searching forums lately. Also it doesnt work anymore tacx utility and i cannot calibrate my trainer as before. Now i do t know if the pressure that apply to rubber is the correct one?? If i try to put more pressure is more difficult for rolling, though with lower pressure when the incline gets stipper, the ruber will "whistle"and will loose grip?? What should i do,any ideas??
