Whhhyyyy why won’t vortex calibrate

Whhhyyyy why won’t vortex calibrate I just get an error during calibration message have tried all the troubleshooting, updating firmware, changing tension, turning off and on changing devices, checked the Bluetooth, I’m using iPhone 11pro also tried iPad Air2

I’m ready to throw all devices, bike and trainer out the flipping window it’s new out the box today!

Have the same problem. New unit out of the box, and calibrate with Egde 530. Calibration works with Tacx app on Android.

Seems to work for me on my iPad both from the Tacx training app and Tacx util ity app. Though the training app doesn’t show the result position any more.
On my iPhone XR it doesn’t work any longer. It goes to the calibrate screen intermittently but even then I can’t get it to 30km/h. And it doesn’t show the pedal up speed. Noticed today when a friend was asking about it. She has only iPhone XR. These are not new trainers and the calibration worked last season on both apps and both devices.
