If it can't connect to the servers and actually get your user information you'll get stuck with the wrench and you'll get a little X in the top right hand corner when it fails. Mine would show up on the account, but I think that was all being uploaded through the app and bluetooth. Add kids to get this party started!" Under More > Family our family is still set up and shows with name and profile photo. I am listed as administrator. But the Members and Kids lists are empty. It just shows (+) Invite member and (+) Add new kid, respectively. I've had to mitigate a 7 year old's meltdown over the apparently lost data. Not funny. He will now tell everyone who's listening that Garmin sucks. App version is 7.3 (242) on Android 14 (Lineage OS 21) I saw there is an update available to 7.5 (245), but I haven't installed it for fear of losing potential recovery options in the process. The only unusual thing I can think of that I did since the last time the app still worked was that I removed the screen lock in the Android security settings when I used that phone as a navigator for a day and later reactivated it with the previous PIN. That shouldn't have any effect on Garmin Jr. though, should it? Is there any way to get his data back? The HR is getting properly measured and displayed on the Epix Pro 2 watch face. I was still at home preparing to go for a run - so the Cirqa was still showing as connected in Garmin Connect. I wonder if when I leave the house and get out of range of the Cirqa if the HR recorded by the Epix Pro 2 will show real-time in that HR widget in Connect? If I manually sync the Epix Pro 2 in Garmin Connect, the HR data did fill in for the time I have been wearing it. So possible defect in the At a Glance widget when removing the primary wearable and switching to the primary training device. Overall, I am enjoying the Cirqa (only been a day and 1 night so far)...mostly so I can still track data and also wear mechanical watches which had been sitting on the winder for a couple of years since I got the Epix.... Edit: Confirmed that once I left the house for a walk that the At a Glance HR Widget did begin reporting the HR from the watch (once out of range of the Cirqa which was left at home).
