On the wirst I have the Cirqa. The Cirqa is connected for heart rate tracking with the Edge. So I didnt start a workout with the Cirqa, when doing a break mid right, it auto detected an Activity as bike ride. Is it possible for the Cirqa to know when the Edge is used for tracking so you dont get duplicate activties in the Connect App? Or is there an other way to do it?

Forum Post: RE: Step counter

There is no step tracking if there is no active activity? The lie type should be populated based on where the device recorded the shot on the map for the course. If playing a course with newly added tee boxes and the CourseView mapping is not up to date, that could cause rough as the lie type if our mapping still shows that location as rough. All of that being said, we'd like to take a closer look at this. Do we have permission to view your Garmin account and activity data to do so? Also, can you please provide some screenshots of what you're seeing?

Forum Post: RE: Golf shot maps

Thanks for the post, LJ157 . I find that if I do not follow the steps - sync watch, take off watch, turn on ISM, sync ISM, etc. - that is when I have issues with the ISM properly recording my sleep. When I follow the steps though, I have pretty much 100% success with the ISM. Recognizing everyone has different setups, watches, phones, patching levels, etc. Hopefully you are able to solve the challenges you are experiencing.

Forum Post: RE: Index Sleep Monitor: Accuracy?

Hi. I have been wearing the ISM pretty much since it was released. What is that? Over a year now? I get trolled for saying I like the ISM, but I do. Here are my REM stats for the past few nights starting with last night. 1hr39m 1hr27m 2hr6m 1hr34min So yeah, based on my stats, I think your 30min is low. I'd say give the ISM a week or so to adjust to your sleep schedule. I think it takes time for the ISM to determine your baseline.

Forum Post: RE: Cirqa and a Fenix 8

Just curious. The first night, it appears I triggered a pairing. I didn't know what the flashing blue/purple light was, so I just took it off in the middle of the night. Come morning, it was still flashing, and the battery was almost gone. I got it out of that mode and wore it without event the second night. I feel it should have stopped trying to pair. I put it on before bed last night; it was at 100%. This morning it was at 40%. That is a little extreme. I wear a Fenix 8 every day. I track my workouts with it. I do not see the point in wearing the Cirqa at the same time, so I keep it near my bed. When I wear it at night, I get a lot of steps as I wake frequently. These steps are not added to Connect; I feel they should be,

Forum Post: RE: Step counter

How many devices do you have on the account for the Cirqa?

Forum Post: RE: Cirqa and a Fenix 8

I wear my fenix 8 all day, and the Cirqa at night.
