For some reason missed an indoor ride in which I was broadcasting heart rate, then more weirdly a strength workout which I start and stop with the button. Then last night is showed as no longer connected to Garmin Connect (iOS latest version). On firmware 3.20. No matter what I do, it will not reconnect, even though HR is working, can get it into pairing mode, can restart it etc. Steps I've tried (in all sorts of different combinations): 1. Restarted Garmin Connect 2. Removed CIRQA from the app completely and made sure also not in Bluetooth 3. Restarted phone 4. Restarted CIRQA 5. Reset network settings on phone 6. Re-installed Garmin Connect 7. Checked all is OK on Garmin Express via. USB (it is) It simply cannot be found to pair with. Purple light is flashing when in pair mode. Other Garmin devices like my Fenix 8 are pairing fine with the phone (iPhone 17 Pro Max). When I start exercising my heart rate according to the Vivoactive 6 goes up to 180 and after about five minutes or so it goes back down to what my heart rate should be. The persistent issue involving crashes while using Bluetooth headphones remains unresolved. Despite being on the latest firmware, the watch crashed again during my long run yesterday. The behavior is always the same: the connection to the headphones drops, followed seconds later by the entire watch freezing, requiring a reboot. Getting the device running again and waiting for the GPS fix takes several minutes. It is deeply frustrating that Garmin continues to remain silent on an issue that has been widely reported since the watch's release. If I adjusted the sleep time on the 4s it would still show the sleep stages but not on the 6. I even made the time I go to sleep earlier as suggested but it made no difference. I restarted the Cirqa which seemed to add HRV after multiple syncs. I used a Garmin Vivoactive 6 at the same time as the Cirqa once this week to record a round of golf but otherwise no other changes at all. Not amused or impressed with this as I was on a cycling holiday and have been doing a lot of exercise and recovery etc clearly important.
