Vivomove Sport not remaining connected to phone

Hi,

Bought a Vivomove Sport on Monday  and it keeps disconnecting from my phone/Garmin app. I am having to re-pair them together 1-2 times a day. Frustrating to enter the pair code daily and go through initial set up pages each time! Each time it is paired, I select no phone calls, sms's, emails to be sent to my watch, but they do so I have to go into the app and deelect it again.

I have tried the following:
* leaving the blue tooth on and turning it off, it doesn't help it to stay connected.
* I have updated the app, still no luck.

Any suggestions on how to keep the phone (Samsung) and watch connected?

Each day the battery is using half the battery, supposed to last about 4-5 days!
