Problem pairing Vivsport to Samsung Galaxy

Hi ,

I bought a Vivosport for my mother and, over the phone, I'm trying to help her pair it but there's a problem. The connect app finds the vivosport but when she types the number rin to connect that is displayed on the vivosport it says the codes are incorrect.

Also the displays in French how can she change that ? !

Unfortunately, she hasn't got a laptop or anyway of getting to a library etc to update the drivers. Any ideas what she can do or suggestions?

  • Hi yes the code on the watch face is the one she types in (even though confusingly it says try 0000 retc on the app). We are trying to pair directly to the app - I havent tried pairing in the blutooth settings first - could that be the problem ?
