Hi ,
I bought a Vivosport for my mother and, over the phone, I'm trying to help her pair it but there's a problem. The connect app finds the vivosport but when she types the number rin to connect that is displayed on the vivosport it says the codes are incorrect.
Also the displays in French how can she change that ? !
Unfortunately, she hasn't got a laptop or anyway of getting to a library etc to update the drivers. Any ideas what she can do or suggestions?
