hourglass icon

My vivosport displays an hourglass sign. this happens from time to time and i don;t know what it means.

Software update? data exchange? Connection issues?

Also, I don't know how to get rid of it.

Any ideas? Thanks

Hi there. This hour glass icon is there when the device is thinking. It is a loading icon.

Hi, i thought the same as in Windows. But, what it is thinking about? Loading what exactly?

It happens if the device is updating over wifi, syncing data over to the app.
