no connection between watch en phone att all

Vivosport is found on my phone..Installation didn`t finisch.No connection. I have on my watch the connectingsign used. everything done so as told .

Before I had many times a number in the display. I already have restarted my phone and also the watch. i already read all instructions. i had already tried many times. I have already enough power on both.

Is my watch broken?

  • Hello! Are you pairing through the Bluetooth of your phone or your Garmin App?

  • Yes ,already done. Befor I had no problems.  I coud solve it befor with bluetooth on and of. Should the problem come from my. Huawei phone. Some update??? 

  • Could you please try this:

    • Open the Garmin Connect Mobile app,
    • Select the 3 BARS at the top left corner, then tap Garmin devices
    • Tap on the device name
    • Tap the 3 dots on the upper right-hand corner and select remove.
    • Open the Android phone settings
    • Look for app/application manager and select it
    • Tap on connect > storage > clear cache.
    • Power Phone completely down and then turn it back on
    • While phone is turning on, please put the device in pair mode
    • Press and hold the touchscreen to access the menu
    • Swipe screen and select 
    • Select 
    • Select Pair Now
    • Open the Garmin Connect mobile app and add device
