The units keep changing back to statute after I set them to metric.

I have set my vivosport to metric but it seems to keep changing back to the default. Ie Fahrenheit instead of Celsius. Is there a fix for this?

I get this too. I check and my connect app on phone says metric so it doesn't seem to be the connect app changing it. Every time I put it to statute on the watch it changes back again. I think it seems to happen after syncing it or updating the connect app with new data which is why I thought the app must be set to something different. That doesn't seem to be the case as I have checked the app multiple times and it always says metric.

Also check Garmin Connect Web under display preferences https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/displayPreferences

Make sure global settings are maintained there and then they should populate to Garmin Connect Mobile and your device.

I have just checked this and my one says metric. Although I found my date format was set to American style rather than British which I have now changed. Thanks :)

I had this struggle as well, changed the web and the Connect app. Still it did not show on the watch.

Solution: On the watch go to settings -> system -> metrics

Here I had to change everything!
