Vivosport not syncing data with Garmin connect

My Vivosport connects to Garmin Connect and shows pulse live. But it doesn´t sync pulse, steps or intensive minutes. I have reset the watch, reinstalled Garmin connect on the iphone XR and connected the watch to the computer with the USB-cable to Garmin express. Sometimes the watch starts syncing again for a day, and then stops syncing again. I saw that Vivosmart 4 had the same problem 4 months ago and that there is a beta firmware for Vivosmart 4. Is there a beta firmware for Vivosport too?

A workaround that has worked for a week is to not connect the clock to my iPhone. I have used my iPad instead and I have kept all the widgets. Now both heartrate and steps is syncing. I guess trail and error could find out what widgets the clock must have to be able to keep tracking steps and heartrate.
