Floors not counted

Hello,

my Vivosport is not showing any floors I have climbed. I washed the back of the watch,near the contacts,but nothing. The watch is working good in rest. It is only 9 months old.

My floors have. It been counted the last 3 days - did you manage to fix it?

This is also happening to my wifes Vivosport.. barometer hole clear of debris and detects altitude changes while on a ride, just not going up and down floors...

Mine is only a few days old and is not counting floors

Its counting, but overall it's more inaccurate than it is accurate. This feature seems to have issues. My husband's thinks he is walking when he is sleeping. I like the idea of this watch but I'm not sure how useful it is.

Ok, Can I have you sync the device with Garmin Express making sure the device is fully up to date. Then clean the back of the watch and then if you can check out this article regarding floors climbed. If there is still no change, can you please reach back out to me.

I have same problem, Has been glitchy since new, late last year. Will not be replacing with anything from Garmin.

And yes, have been cleaning back, re-syncing etc.
