This is my second Vivosport that the band has broken. Online support will not help and there is no "local garmin" store besides Best Buy. At least replace it when you know the design is flawed.

It is clearly a problem with the band type units from Garmin. Every single one of my units whether they be the Vivosmart ones (original, HR and the 3) as well as one of my Vivosmart bands have all broken. And they tend to happen from 6 months to 12 months of continuous wear. I love the units, but the bands and the non-ability of being able to replace just the band is bad design. I've still got my forerunner 620 and I'm now using a forerunner 645 purely because I can change the bands. It's a shame because otherwise they are a good product.
