I currently have a Vivosmart HR which is sitting on my desk with a broken strap - for the second time! I've been on a chat to support, and they are sending out a free replacement strap, but it could take 20 days to arrive. I'm a bit fed up with this. I paid a good price for a product that now seems to be very poor quality.
I was thinking of buying a Vivosport to replace it, but after reading the forum and other reviews it seems like the quality might not be too good on that either.
Can anyone recommend the Vivosport , or failing that can anyone recommend a DIFFERENT BRAND fitness tracker from Garmin?
