Hello everyone My vivosmart 4 watch has been working flawlessly for almost six months.
This morning as I got out of the shower, I saw that my watch had the triangle logo on the screen and was now completely unresponsive.
When I put it into a charger or a laptop, nothing happens. The screen displays nothing, and tapping has no effect.
While it's charging, I can occasionally feel it vibrating, but what can I do?
Does anyone have any insight into why this occurred and what I can do to remedy it?
