I have a Garmin Vivosmart 4 that I purchased in July 2020. It's been great til recently, when the alarm won't turn off-- it's almost like the off button is a dead spot on the screen. As a result, it goes off *every 10 minutes * until the battery dies. Does this mean it's trash now? Or is there a way to do a hard reboot?
