Hi everybody,
since a couple of weeks, the heartrate monitoring of my Vivosmart 4 appears to disable itself once in a while. I notice this because the live heartrate display of the Garmin Connect App (Android) does not show the current heartrate, and then I usually find out no heartrate data is collected for a while. When I select select the "transmit heartrate" button on the device (the heart with the three "waves" at the top right), it starts transmitting (and apparently collecting) data again.
This is annoying since body batterie, calorie count etc. all depend on heartrate measurement. Has anybody experienced also experienced this? Any way t make sure this does not happen?
