For the last few months, Connected GPS has been working fine on my Vivosmart 4 / iphone. But for the last couple of weeks (since the 4.80 software release), GPS has been dropping out part of the way through my ride. When I finish the ride, the Garmin Connect activity map shows some good GPS tracks and some long straight line portions with missing GPS data.
I tried keeping the app on top when I lock the iphone and keeping the phone in close range of the watch. I tried switching to Strava for just the GPS tracking, and that works fine, so its not the phone or connectivity.
