Just purchased a refurb Vivosmart 4 HR from Amazon. Fairly happy with it except that I have difficulty reading the screen in a darkened room or in deep shadow. I have the back light turned up to max but can only just make out the time when I touch the screen and the brightness increases. The other screens are too dim to read.
Is this normal? or should I be able to easily read any of the screens in the dark when I touch the screen to increase the brightness?
