VS4 no longer syncs (again!)

I am on the latest firmware and was happy to see the ever-present sync issues finally gone.

However, here I am unable to sync to my iPhone 11 Pro Max yet again! (latest GCM version); anyone else???

Yes. The infamous syncing problems are back after successful few days of syncing.... Frustrating.

No syncing for me either...this is insane! Why can they not fix this?!?!?

No syncing for me either. I am on Android. Have reset and now cannot connect at all

I have the same problem. I am at the point I will buy another brand. It is frustrating and stressful.

Same here. I restored syncing a couple of days ago by connect to the charger, but it's already failing again. As with others, current HR and steps still work. In my case, there was never a problem until I got an Edge 830 as well. Now the Edge always works, but the Vivosmart 4 keeps losing sync.
