I’m having the similar problem that everyone else is having where the app will sync just enough to monitor my heart rate, but when you click on the heart rate (or anything else in the app) to see the data that should have been tracked it says that I need to sync it. I get the green dot on the status bar at the top of the app but it never completely loads around the circle.
I’ve had problems with the syncing process the moment I downloaded the app and took the watch out of the box and I’ve tried some ways to fix it.
I wish that I didn’t spend 115$ on a watch that doesn’t even track anything.
