Previously, without using connected GPS, the VO2 Max is always updated between 45-49 after running.
After running by using connected GPS, the VO2 Max drops every time. Now, it drops to 33.
It just doesn't make sense.
What is your average pace with and without using connected GPS?
I usually run for 6-8KM each time, and the speed is 6.5 -7 m/km.
