I just received the new update for firmware version 4.30.

Where is the release notes?

I need to know the introduction about new features and improvements.

I am still not seeing 4.30 and remain on 4.20. Body Battery issues remain for me, so would love this update! Any idea when it's being shipped worldwide?

Hello what is the body battery issue? I just got my watch 3 days ago and it seems it stays under 7 even after a good nights rest. Strange.

Hi what does that mean...APAC version? Does that mean I can't download it from my Garmin app to watch? Thanks!

Is it safe to download from provided links or best to wait until I can update via the garmin connect app?

APAC = Asia Pacific. So region specific version.

Thank you for explaining! I am in North America USA so I guess I have to wait for official USA version to come thru my Garmin Connect app yah?
