When you “long-tap” on the watch face, as to see the battery level, what does the “M 30” text mean that is also displayed?

Just wondering what the “M 30” means? Also, this “hidden menu” is a good way to toggle “Do Not Disturb,” but Garmin does not explain this “menu” in any of the instructions or manuals I’ve found online...
