3 months old vivosmart 4 started vibrating all at once. It has now stopped vibrating but does nothing at all now. Any help?

vivosmart 4 started vibrating and would not stop. Now has no response at all. For a while it had a large triangle on the screen. then it looked like it might be a sign that it is too hot. Any help?
