I bought the vivosmart 4 last 24 November, but I turned on for the first time just yestarday. After each time we connect to a the smartphone or laptop the device swiched off. Before switching off on the device's screen there are a gear and a progress bar. For turn on again I needed to connect to power supply, but the time is complitly wrong. What can I do?
The device may be trying to install a software update. I recommend to connect your device to Garmin Express on a computer to check for software updates. If you are still experiencing syncing issues after syncing with Garmin Express, please contact your local Product Support at support.garmin.com.
