I personally do not care much about this (not interested to reply to text messages from the watch), however I can see how this might be important for others. I find it comically tragic that Garmin have been incapable/unwilling to add this simple answer to the others already there.
Even if for some obscure technical reason or hardware/software limitation (unlikely) another pre-defined reply message cannot be added, just replace one of the others, for heaven sake!!!!!
It was possible to add more activities, a message widget with better graphics (love it!), and entire new widget for Pulse OX, but not three simple letters!?
