Problem with Optical Sensor

The flashing green optical sensor stopped working completely. The watch is unable to detect any form of heartrate and steps taken. The double tap function to wake the watch is not working as well!

I've tried to reset the watch and checked my setting as well, both neither works.

Has anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it. Thank you

Same problem here, exept that double tab function works well and steps are still counted.

But without the optical sensor, there is no HR, Body Battery, Stress,…

The Green LEDs flashes neither in all day tracking nor in activities.

HR is turned „on“.

Resetting couldn‘t solve the problem.

Any ideas what else i could try? Thanks!

Hello! Is the watch up to date? Have you tried syncing with Garmin Express on the computer?

How Do I Install Garmin Express

If so, do I have your permission to email you?
