Faces blank

Since the latest update the six sample faces are blank. I can still select one and change complications, but can't see what I'm doing. This is on an Apple iPhone 12

I am having the same issue. Garmin support told me it was by design that the faces were now blank. The issue need to be raised up to the tester/developers.

It must be an issue specifically with the iOS Garmin Connect app. I have an Android phone (Samsung S9) and in the app I can see the six sample faces.

I also have this issue and it’s very frustrating, especially as I only just bought the watch so I have to keep manually changing through the options, re-sync, try and figure out if I like the new appearance, and then start again…

Does it work if you go to the Garmin Connect web page from your browser? You should be able to access it from here:

https://connect.garmin.com/modern/device/3330148187

Or if not, from the main page here:

https://connect.garmin.com/modern/

login, then tap the watch icon on the upper right, select "Device Settings" and you should see the six sample faces. Perhaps not as convenient as doing it from the app, but it could be a temporary workaround until Garmin fix this.
