Can’t tap into any menus on Vivomove style

I can’t access any of the menus on my 3 week old Vivomove Style.

i Can wake it up, swipe between menus (activities, wallet, settings, etc), but when I tap, I can’t get into them. I can’t swipe down from the top to get the three options of watch, wallet and do not disturb either.

Any ideas/tips?

I have this problem every so often, too. Connect it to the charger so that it restarts, then it should work again.

My wife has this same issue on her Vivomove Luxe making the watch nothing but wrist weight >_<
