Swipe not working anymore

My watch was working this morning like a charm and now it doesn't allow me anymore to swipe. 

The screen still is active and reacts to movement & double tap to activate, i still also get notifications and the link with the app still works.

However I can't swipe anymore trough my widgets (in the app they are active, i checked), nor in the regular options with the swipe down.

Nothing special happened in the last hour so really unsure what it is about. Since the watch has no buttons i'm also not able to turn it off and on again as usually works with electronic equipment.

Thank you for your help, my watch is only 2 weeks old Disappointed
