Style stuck on Garson logo/‘boot’ screen.

I’ve had the Style a few weeks and have been generally happy with it (besides the odd Bluetooth connection issue). 

While using the app this evening (with the watch connected) and checking out some of the appearance/complication options, the watch spontaneously went to the boot screen (Garmin logo on bottom screen). It has since been unresponsive. The Garmin logo pops up for around 10 seconds, then the screen goes blank, then the cycle repeats; the hands are gradually jumping forward in time as it does this.

Tried plugging it in to power to see if this would have any effect, but it didn’t.

With no way to hard reset the watch as there are no buttons, I’m a little at a loss as to what to do, other than wait for the battery to drain and see if that makes a difference when I plug it in then.

Anyone with any thoughts?
