Garmin vivomove luxe Pulse Oximeter

My Garmin Vivomove Luxe watch does not show the Pulse Oximeter option. I have looked for it on the app and watch but cannot seem to find it. How do I activate this option? I bought my watch in Japan but the watches shouldn’t have different features?

Some countries do not allow consumer devices to make medical measurements like pulse ox. If your watch will do it, you long press the display, scroll to "heart stats", pulse ox is the first option.

In the app the sleep tracking option is under Garmin devices, vivomove luxe, activity tracking, pulse ox.
