How do I track indoor cycling on the vivomove?

Just moved from Fitbit to a Garmin Vivomove. I can't seem to find how I would track indoor cycling. Does the Vivomove track indoor cycling and if so, how?

There's no indoor cycling option, use cardio or elliptical profiles.

You can just use the bike activity without connecting to GPS. It won’t track distance or speed but everything else
