Vivomove style - problem with nfc and activity

Hello,

I have a problem with vivomove style. When the walking activity and GPS connection with a smartphone are on, when trying to use nfc, the watch freezes, doesn't respond at all. Only after resetting it with a cable it works again. I have had this 3 times already, I am not sure about other activities. Has anyone had anything similar? Or has anyone noticed such problem and is there a chance of fixing this with a future update?

This happens to me too. But not related to GPS/walking activity for me it seems. It has happened a few times when I try to pay using the watch. And like you say it can only be turned back on by plugging in the cable.

It also deletes all step data since my previous sync

No, I had to contact customer services and they are going to send me a replacement... However I would be surprised if it fixes the issue, if other people are reporting the same problem.

IMO it will not help 'cause it seems to be a software bug, not a hardware issue.
