Is there a way to change the quick text responses?

I've recently owned a Vivomove Style and am very satisfied with it.
I think it's great that you can give quick replies ... but I would like to customize them. (Like e.g. a Vivoactive)
Unfortunately I didn't find anything ... Is there this possibility?

Yes. Same for the Edge 530, although the quick replies are ok there.
