Is it possible that the GPS signal will be used automatically when Garmin Move IQ starts a run

How?  None of my automatic activities have Gps data recorded (luxe).

you can use the Gps from the smartphone if you start a activitie . but you must activate it  manually.

Why is it not possible to use  the gps automatically

I guess because Move IQ events start after the activity has actually begun and so, you would need to share GPS all the time. Sharing the GPS signal and storing the data seems to be battery draining for both the watch and mobile phone, at least I get high battery usage information when I'm using it.
