How many taps/swipes to enable/disable Do Not Disturb mode?

Pre-purchase question!

On both Fitbit and Garmin devices with buttons, I can enable/disable Do Not Disturb mode with just 2 quick actions: Hold the physical button to bring up the menu, and tap the DND icon.

Since the Luxe/Style has no buttons, I was wondering what the minimum number of required taps/swipes were required to manually enable/disable Do Not Disturb?  A YouTube video I saw for the Vivomove HR showed no fewer than 6 actions:

1) Double tap to wake;
2) Swipe left to unlock;
3) Touch and hold to show menu;
4) Swipe left to display the DND option;
5) Tap the DND icon to display DND menu;
6) Tap the enable/disable switch to modify setting.

Is this not the most convoluted process ever?  Is the process the same on the Vivomove Luxe/Style?  Is there any way to shorten the process without creating DND schedules in the Connect app?
